Eligibility Requirements for the SASA Bursary South Africa 2025
To qualify for the SASA Bursary, applicants must meet these minimum criteria:
- You must be studying towards a Statistics or Mathematical Statistics qualification.
- You must currently be in your 2nd or 3rd year of study in 2024.
- You must be entering 3rd year or Honours studies in 2025.
- You must be studying at a recognised and accredited university in South Africa.
- You must be a SASA member or apply for SASA membership (FREE student membership is available).

- Full academic record (certified copy)
- Motivational letter based on your financial need
- Proof of parents’ or guardians’ household income
